  • How did you first become involved in the construction industry?

“My first experience in the construction industry began with Mykor.  I was in a transition process from a biotechnology company and arose the opportunity to be part of the Mykor team which is also a biotechnology company applied to the construction industry.”

  • What's a career highlight or accomplishment you're most proud of in your time with us?

“Despite being at the company for a short time, I feel proud of having already managed to understand several processes and have integrated myself into the rhythm and culture of the Mykor team.”

  • How do you see diversity benefiting our team's dynamics and performance?

“The diversity of the Mykor team enriches team dynamics and performance by leveraging the collective strengths, perspectives and experiences of all team members. Embracing diversity not only promotes a more inclusive and equitable workplace but also drives innovation, creativity and success for the team and organization as a whole.”

  • What advice or encouragement would you offer to other women interested in joining the construction industry?

“For women interested in joining the construction industry, here is my advice: Believe in Yourself. Have confidence in your abilities and believe that you have the skills and potential to succeed in the construction industry. Your gender does not define your capabilities or limit your potential for success.”
